Our experienced team draws upon decades of industry experience.

Peak Mechanical was founded in 2016 by business partners Ben and Steve, who brought with them over two decades of combined experience in the mechanical industry. Driven by a shared vision and ambition, they launched the company with a bold new brand and logo that reflected their forward-thinking approach.

With limited resources, they began by hiring a van and taking on labour-only jobs across London - working long, demanding days to establish their reputation and build the foundations for future growth.

Their hard work quickly paid off. Within weeks, they hired their first apprentice and invested in the company’s first van - marking the beginning of real, sustainable growth for Peak Mechanical.

Today, Peak Mechanical Services is proudly based in Doncaster. Both company directors originate from the local communities of Hexthorpe and Balby, and more than half of the team also hails from the Doncaster region - reflecting the company’s strong local roots and commitment to community. Now employing 20 staff, Peak Mechanical offers a comprehensive range of services, including:

  • Design & Installation: Customised mechanical systems tailored to each project.
  • Commissioning & Aftercare: Ensuring systems operate efficiently and effectively after installation.
  • Servicing & Maintenance: Reliable, ongoing support to keep systems performing at their best.

In 2023, Peak Mechanical expanded its capabilities with the launch of a sister company, Peak Climate. This venture focuses on delivering high-quality HVAC solutions for both commercial and domestic clients. The team was strengthened by the return of a trusted project manager, Jack, from earlier collaborations, whose expertise made him the perfect partner to help lead this new chapter. The addition of Peak Climate represents a major step toward offering a complete, in-house M&E services package.

While the mechanical services industry is competitive, Peak Mechanical stands out through its unwavering commitment to quality workmanship, reliability, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. This approach has earned the company a loyal base of repeat clients and a growing reputation for excellence. Many of its projects come through word-of-mouth referrals, and project managers often bring Peak Mechanical with them to new roles - extending the company’s reach and strengthening its professional network.

Our Team

Ben Walker - Director
Ben is the Co-Founder and Director of Peak Group, and a driving force behind the success and growth of the business. With a solid foundation in mechanical building services, Ben began his career as an apprentice heating and ventilation engineer. He steadily progressed through key roles including Contracts Manager and Project Manager, before co-founding Peak Mechanical in 2016.
Stephen Glass - Director
Stephen co-founded Peak Group and has been integral to the company's growth and success.

With over two decades of experience in the Mechanical Building Services sector, his insight and ambition have been vital in elevating the group.



Jack Hardy - Director
Jack is the founder and driving force behind Peak Climate, bringing over a decade of hands-on HVAC experience. Starting his career as an engineer, Jack gained comprehensive expertise across the trade, earning all major HVAC qualifications, including full F-Gas certification. In June 2023, he launched Peak Climate with a vision to provide high-quality, customer-focused HVAC services.
