The works on these 12 story town flats in Blackburn included the rising ground source pipework to 3 individual risers in each of the 3 flats. The pipework supplied the pre-heat to the efficient and environmentally friendly Kensa Heat Pumps which were located within each property.

The Peak team were tasked with installing 76mm copper pipework from the GF to the 13th floor with 35mm distribution pipework on each floor to the outside of each apartment, each block had 4 separate risers.

The three individual blocks were completed in 12 weeks from start to finish with over 3000m of pipework installed.
