Peak Mechanical were appointed to deliver the full M&E services upgrade at Walton Hall.

The project involved decommissioning the existing gas boilers and associated pipework, followed by the installation of a new plant room featuring two Eco forest ground source heat pumps, circulation pumps, buffer vessels, and all associated pipework.

Working within the constraints of a Grade II listed building, our team installed new fan convectors and radiators throughout, coordinating closely with on-site staff to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.

The electrical scope included new switchboards, distribution boards, and all associated wiring. Power was supplied to all new mechanical plant and fan convectors.

The project concluded with full commissioning, system flushing, and chemical dosing. The works were delivered successfully, with a very satisfied client.
